Many words to describe a beating
- Beat (your ass)
- Boxed (his ears)
- Held while someone else does the beating
- Hit (with fist)
- Knocked (him around)
- Pound (the piss out of him)
- Punched (his lights out)
- Punched in stomach
- Smashed (his ugly face)
- Socked (him in the eye)
- Sucker punched
- Thrashing (gave him a)
- Wallop (hard hit)
- Knuckle sandwich
Remember, the foundation for all violence begins at birth to 13 years old. Hands that are supposed to love and comfort may be instruments of harm to many children. When family, friends or acquaintances pull away, it is not you they resist but possibilities strong memories from their past.
