If you have received physical injuries from battery or torture report the incident to local police.  Domestic violence is a civil matter however physical abuse of anyone can be a felonly crime.  Hold the perpetrator of violence accountable for their actions.  That is often the only way they will be stopped.


Beating Fists (Closed Hand) and Coercive Subjugation are examples of brutality, especially when you consider this website is focused only on children, between birth and 13 years old.
