Do pedophiles, who pay top dollar overseas to experience their wildest sexual fantasy with little kids, check their deviate behavior when they cross our border?  Do they hang "sex with a 5 year old" or "violent child rape" desires on a hook while the border inspector search their suitcases?  

Overseas anything is for sale. What about participating (or observing) in a snuff film where the child is killed during sex? 

Once a fantasy becomes real, does certain aspects of the experience become a sexual trigger? What happens over months when the sexual trigger is not fulfilled?  Does the pedophile control the urges until the next foreign trip?  Or do they drift off in a daydream, plan an assault, perhaps even hire a professional kidnapper to abduct a young American victim? There is no way a pedophile can maintain permanent control over such a powerful drive. When do they notice a favorite hair color, a particular tilt of the head, or a specific body shape, that triggers an insatiable desire for the same experience at home?

You have to wonder, is that why this person moved into the neighborhood?  Found a house not far away from my missing child?  Is this why missing and exploited children never come home two decades later and tell their family where they have been?  They just vanish forever. Do the overseas child sex tours produce fiends who steal kids then discard them permanently?

There are very good reasons why child sex tours are illegal in the US and other countries.  This deviant behavior is addictive, uncontrollable and there is no cure, no "I'm sorry I should never have gone this far."   There is no going back and it is innocent children who are at risk.
