Pedophilies Pedophile Penalty
Pedophilia is not curable, nor controllable, therefore all minor children are at risk at all times.
The public, especially innocent children, should be protected from predators to the very best of societies ability.
Based on the fact that
With few exceptions, which the author can not think of at this time, the minimum of life sentences should be handed out to all persons convicted of pedophilia.
Histories dating to youth should be included when determining a sentence.
It is not the punishment for a pedophile that is of great concern. It is the enforcement of the absolute right of our children not to become sexual targets which results in permanent and irrevocable altering of a child's mind-spirit.
Protection of the most vulnerable and innocent of our nations children should be out top concern. We issue a Federal law mandating car seats to protect a child in accidents. Why not issue a Federal law to protect that same child from pedophiles whose planned actions will cause permanent mental and physical harm to that same child?
if a convicted pedophile escapes prison, camp or other designated site to house sexual predators, then the sentence will be death. Society is through protecting predators who cause such irrevocable harm.
Eventually parks and yards will be safe for unsupervised children to play in again. The numbers of new sexual predators will fall as the sickness stops transferring to a whole new generation.
As stated on another page, US citizens traveling abroad who participate in child sex tours, don't hang up their perverted triggers at the border. It may be a particular color of hair or the certain angle a child tilts their head, the tone of a laugh or the delightful squeal of children playing. It may be a gap-tooth or the shallow breathing of an infant.
Child sexual predators are far more dangerous after they have lived their deepest fantasy.

- it is not curable
- it is not controllable
- the actions of a pedophile twists, alters, bends and/or destroys the mind and spirit of an innocent child
- pedophiles target the most vulnerable and helpless of our youngest citizens
- infants who can't speak at all
- toddlers who use 3 to 4 word sentences
- children who are dependent upon adults for all their needs
- children who automatically trust adults based on their dependency
- children who are easily manipulated by gifts and words
