Child Rape

Child sexual assault is described in nearly every state as touching a child, between birth and 13 years old, even through clothing, in their genital area for males and females and the breast area of females.
If a child questions whether or not they have been raped or sexually assaulted, and they can no longer trust their legal guardian to answer truthfully, they should call their local rape crisis line for information regarding their concerns.
If a child knows they have been raped, they need to call the police for help and evidence processing.
